Shipping policy

All items sent within Australia are sent via normal Australia Post (no insurance & no signature).

Unfortunately, if your parcel does go missing it is not OUR responsibility but the responsibility of Australia Post.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. If your parcel is returned to us we may charge you to resend it.

All non local orders do require postage to be paid before we can ship them out (if the order is below $50). If you wish for your order to be posted after choosing the local pickup option please make sure to contact us immediately so we can arrange this and get your order out A.S.A.P. Please note that if payment for postage is not paid within 2 weeks of the order being made you will receive a full refund in lieu of your order.
